Incident Quick Resolve

Incident Quick Resolve can be used for the frequent incidents that the Service Desk deal with e.g. Password Re-sets.



This Runbook can be put behind an Incident template to ‘Quick Resolve’.

Once the Runbook has been created and your Orchestrator connector has been synced. You can go ahead and create the Runbook template.


Be sure to Edit the Runbook mapping for the ActivityGUID to the Object ID.


Once this has been created you can go ahead and put it behind any Incident template in the Activities tab.
